Highline Shirt
Highline Shirt
*** Please read before placing a shirt order. Thank you!
The Highline Shirt has been my staple button up for over a decade. Single needle sewn, hand felled seams, traditional collar and cuff construction, two piece sleeve placket, and hand sewn buttons carry on the old school shirting tradition of quality and durability. This is a very lengthy process of cutting and sewing.
Some details include, exposed selvage on button side inside placket. 1/8” gross grain ribbon detail and thread chain at side seam bottom. Local found feather detail with ribbon on the pocket. Various western print contrast fabric on inside yoke.
Throughout the years I’ve accumulated many high quality shuttle loomed shirting fabrics, currently harder to find in small yardage that a one man shop like myself can access.
I’m down to very limited quantities in some rolls and still have adequate yardage in a couple others. I’ve listed a batch of what’s currently available and as I work through those I have a few more great options I’ll be adding later.
Due to managing limited quantities on this platform, there are only two style directives available to enter with your order- fabric and pocket style. But wait! I sew these shirts to order so there are several other option items to complete your shirt.
Once you’ve chosen the fabric and single or double flap pocket on the website please message me with the following specs:
-Size. Please refer to the size chart to find your desired size. Besides the selvage pre-shrunk chambray, most of these fabrics will have a 3-5% shrink rate unless washed in cold and hung to dry. For women, the women’s sizes are more fitted- for a looser fit order a men’s size.
-Thread color. I can do a color match thread or a contrast thread in sage, grey, or caramel color shown in the pics above.
-Closure. Refer to the pics above for the Bakelite button colors and ring snap options.
-If you sell used cars, I can do a short sleeve also upon request.
Lastly, the quantities I listed per fabric are an estimation of what’s left on the rolls. If one sells out that you’re interested in, you can message me to check if there’s enough left for one more.
Thank you!
