Ranch Jacket is now available. Limited amount of Cone Mills White Oak experimental Double Pima warp and weft sanforized golden ticking selvage gifted to Roy 15 years ago by Cone Mills. The extra long fibers lend to a very durable weave, hard finish, and extra indigo saturation. Other shell fabric options to follow.

Lining is a choice of several North Carolina homespun natural dye cotton plaids or some medium weight cotton flannel plaids for a warmer version.

Some features include front lined hand pockets incorporated into vertical hand felled seams. Chest pocket flaps incorporated into front yoke. Brass ring snap chest pockets. Bi-swing back and corduroy collar. Keyhole buttonholes and black anodized fade to brass two prong donut buttons.

This is a work oriented jacket. Cut is more roomy than a classic jean jacket and sits right below a jeans waistband. There is lots of ease of movement from the bi-swing back and the pleats are elasticized to stay in place when not extended. Sleeves are cut right above the wrist bump to not interfere with work gloves.

I’m 6.0’ 190 lbs and I’m wearing a size Large in the pictures.

These take 3 whole days to cut and sew, the amount of detail and steps is nuts but the end result is a fine coat, ready for a lifetime spent from tractor to truck to heavy equipment to wild outdoors to bar stool.

While this particular denim is limited, Roy and I have many other really nice Cone Mills White Oak sanforized denims to use for this jacket when this run is sold out.
